I am currently in Week 2 of my off-season training and part of my plan to go from 178 to 296 is incorporating hang cleans and / or power cleans into my workout. I was curious as to anyone's opinion about using them, or if they are a waste of time from a bodybuilding standpoint. Thanks in advance for any input!!!!

All I know is that hang cleans and power cleans hit my traps/upper back like no other.

I think this is more personal preference. I used to do power cleans more for overall power and strength. I've read that they are good for overall core strength.
