i have kept one for the first cycle of prrs, but have kind of trailed off from it(like i do every other time i try to keep one). my question is do you think it is sufficient to just keep a log for power week?I would think if my weights are going up on power week then i must be growing...
any suggestions?

It may take time to get used to it but I found it best when I wrote my workouts out ahead of time. Keeping it in your head can sometimes keep you from your true potential. I used to skip a couple sets here and exercise there and NOW if its written, It's DONE! Just my two cents. Plus you would want to track your progress with ALL weeks instead of just one.

I definitely agree with blade. If you are going to keep a log book, just keep one book for all weeks, that way it becomes a habit.
I used to write down all of my weights on each set of each exercise, with notes on the side of how it felt, etc. But I have become a seasoned athlete in the gym with many years experience under my belt; because of this I sortof have a feeling for the amount of weight I can lift for a particular exercise. at this time I only write my workout in my log book, and I am sure to write it ahead of time, usually the night before that way I go in to the gym with a plan. With P/RR/S the rep ranges are important, so this is something I include in my written routine.

Correct Fitsho, If you fail to plan then plan to fail.

I have logs from like 2004 :-) I'm like blade and Fosho where I write all my exercise, weights, throw in a quote to pump me up and best of all.. EASY ACCESS to Phone numbers if some hottie wants to give it to me :-)
