Is it just me, or does anyone else finish their training session during shock week between 25-35 minutes? Because Blade seems to think I didn't do anything at the gym tonight, even though I trained quads/calves in a shock session. I think Blade is just a slow poke and needs to work on his cardiovascular endurance.... but then again, I could be wrong  ;D   |

Ha! I guess Blade could be a slow poke. Strong like bull, but slow like snail? Anyway, shock week is usually shorter for me as well...typically around 45mins for me.

My cahdio is just fine thanks! ;D |
