I'm about to start my 2nd 9 week cycle of PRRS (the cycle just completing was my first) I loved the results of the periodization work, even eating significantly below maintenance.
I'm hoping for some suggestions on mixing up my lifts. If you REALLY have time on your hands and want to examine more of what I've been doing, my log is here. But watching paint dry might be better.
In about 3 days I'll start the Power cycle again.
Here are the lifts I did on my last Power cycle. The caveat is that I probably need to stay away from any squats or deads (including rack deads) for a while longer... sigh.
POWER BACK Rack Deads (could probably do light racks, otherwise-need to replace) Bent WG BB Row Weighted Chins CB Cable Row
ARMS Drag curls Forearm Rev grip curls Incline DB/supine Decline CGBP DB extensions V-grip pressdowns
CHEST Incline DB press Flat BB press Weighted Dips (weight belt) Cable Flyes
DELTS ISO Hammerstrength press (or standing/military BB) Side cheat DB laterals Single DB press Front raises
LEGS Angled leg press Single leg angled press lying curls SLDL (Might be able to keep these, just not real big lifts) (I usually do calves on another day, perhaps a cardio/abs day)
So that's roughly it. If any of you kind souls have thoughts or advice on lifts/order for a power phase, I'd be beholdin' to ya.

Just my 2 cents on what i would do and how:
Power back weighted wg pull ups 3x6 reverse grip bent bb row 3x6 db rows 3x6 * To replace rack deads and full deads is a tuff one. If i had to do that i would try doing back extensions on a machine or body weight hypers....
For you r arms the only thing i would do is replace drag curls with preachers 3x6 then incline db curls 3x6 rev grip curls 3x6 YOur chest i think looks good along with shoulders except for adding in some shrugs..
For legs throw in some leg ext. after your single leg presses and to even add more fun throw in some heavy bb lunges....
Like i said this is what i would do different....

Thanks Hoopie!
I may try again with rack deads and just keep that one lift lighter/higher reps. I appreciate your help, bro.
