So I was supposed to do smith incline press today for chest but some loser was hogging it so I did my incline press free weight. I did 150 lbs. Normally my free weight incline bench is like 110-120. My flat bench is like 150. Weird. Again, not taking anything. Dunno.

Normally, we increase our lbs by about 5 lbs per week as we progress. I've been increasing my weights by about 20 lbs per week. Who wants to explain that? Is my coffee like, spiked with something? Cuz that's all I've got in my tummy.

I love it! Keep up whatever it is and enjoy Oh I'm loving it it's just very peculiar. No EFX supps no stims nothing. Just taking my regular prescriptions but none of them make you stronger in fact they make you WEAKER. They cause my blood pressure to drop constantly while I'm working out it's awful.

Beginning of 2 FD/FS weeks, and I murdered my quads they're shaking. Eric had me down to do 3x20 leg extensions so I did 120 reps just for fun.

It's my birthday but I'm going to be like my grandmother, pretend I'm 30 for as long as I can get away with it. There's this restaurant near where I live that makes the most AMAZING desserts. I'm not even kidding. They make these toffee cookies that are like crack they're so addictive. I'm getting 6 today and I ain't looking back! Also chocolate Martini's. Hope I don't have a hangover in the gym tomorrow. OW!

PS- of you saw what I do every day to my skin, treatments, peels, dermabrasion, I must take half an hour 3 times a day but it's worth it- people think I'm in my early twenties. I'm always carded. Lots of FBB's have faces like leather. I NEVER tan my face. Faux all the way.

Yeah if you're well kept your 30's are kinda easy to lie about. I've seen 30 year old women who look 50 though. It's all in taking care of yourself. I could do a seminar on skin care!
