Yesterday I felt like a female body builder for the first time. Up til then, I felt like I was still in my little baby shoes taking baby steps, going from figure to BB is a huge step. So I wanted to see how strong I really am. It's unfortunate that I've alienated all the men at the gym cuz no one would offer a spot, although I do have nice conversations with the older gentlemen, the retired ones in their 60's and 70's who have learned over many years how to treat a lady. They are very dear. But can't do spots with the weight I'm slinging. So I did a flat barbell bench and did 170 lbs for sets of 9 reps. Again, had I had a spot, I could have gone higher. As it was the 170 was pretty dang easy, I only struggled on the last rep of the last set. The whole place stopped to watch and my mom got lots of comments/praise. And I'd like to announce, my mom is in the weight room now with me, doing body building moves, of course at her pace with her comfy weight, but for sure no pathetic 10lbs dumb bells! She's squatting, deadlifting, bench pressing, you name it. And she's 62! I've trained older people so it's not new to me. We're safe on form, etc. Anyways, I'm proud of myself, and of her. We are woman hear us roar! In numbers too big to ignore! And still, I'm on NADA. Not even creatine. Just water and food. Enjoying being strong just all by myself.

Yes, I am doing great; thanks for asking. I like to keep myself busy during the week, you know, always balancing things out via work, social gatherings, P/RR/S, etc. WOW .... (200 lbs.,) that's awesome! Glad things are going well for you, keep up the good work.

when you can bench 200 it is normal that a lot of guys are jealous. For me you have my respect and also big arms and shoulders

Not quite yet 200. And any body building man who's been working out for quite some time could easily smash me at benching, deads, squats, etc. Yeah I'm very strong like any female body builder is, I'm well within the range of the normal strength of an fbb but there's nothing to be jealous of. Eric has made it so in the past year I'm capable of these things with his way of training me. I told him to make me as strong as one of his guys, and he has and will continue to. With Eric, what your goals are, are his goals. He wants only to make sure we're all happy and proud of ourselves and our accomplishments, and he wants us to PUSH ourselves past previous limits. So I'm just a product of the Mad Scientist, The One, Mr. Sixth Sense and to me, Inglorious Basterd. Anyways I've been talking about how strong I've gotten plenty so it shouldn't come as a surprise. I'm just pushing myself so hard that literally, I pass out when I come home. I eat real fast then ZONK! for sometimes 4 to 5 hours I'm gone. Not good for diet timing but I can't help it! My mother has to sometimes help me to bed. I don't even shower until I've woken up! I go to bed for a nap stinky as heck! No energy to even soap up a loofah LOL!
