This is what happens when you eat your Wheaties. Or do FD/FS a whole heck of a lot. Too bad you can't see my meaty pecs showing up finally. Still on nothing. Well, I've upgraded to Espresso in the morning. You definitely have put some size on since your last pics! Natural caffeine shot from the Espresso....can't beat it!

Yes I have, about 40 -50 lbs of LBM (no one on any other board believes this but my brother in law had a man on his table crash and he was clinically dead for an hour and woke up in the morgue with no damage whatsoever to his brain, etc. So really, I mean come on, these morons on other boards think I'm talking about raising the dead and parting the Red Sea. It's just muscle mass built with ERIC. That's the key! So yeah, I was around 120 for figure, got up to 220 and I've cut down to 192 right now, should be ripped around 160 or thereabouts. I have the instant espresso, it's kind of ghetto LOL but it mixes with my coffee and it's a nice thing to wake up to but I sleep with elephant tranquilizers LOL!

Personal best on squats today. And I'm up 2 lbs. No way that's fat I've been super strict with diet. It's FD/FS it just makes me grow so damn fast! I showed my mom how to spot someone on a heavy squat, she did great! She herself is kicking butt too. 250 lbs squat 8 reps 3 sets. Basically puked in my mouth. Fun!

OK kids, I cannot deny my urge any longer, I must return to martial arts (still gonna body build of course) but I've always done some kind of MA through the years. This time though, I'm going to learn SAMURAI! WOOO! There's a dojo and they teach kendo and iado, kendo is just with the bamboo stick, Iado is with the sword. You only get a super dull sword at first but work your way up to the real deal. Just call me Beatrix Kiddo. And I am going to kill Bill.

My meds are causing extra super duper dizziness in the gym so my rest times are much longer meaning I'm in the gym for like 2 hours, SUCKS!
