Hello All:
New to the site here and very interested in P/RR/S training. I live in Knoxville Tennessee and have been lifting for 15 years. I'm currently prepping for my 7th bodybuilding show and started doing this type of training about 6 weeks ago. I love it. Before this, I was doing a 5,3,1 variation workout. I enjoyed lifting heavy however was getting injured and always having aches and pains. The variation in this workout constantly keeps my muscles confused and I love it.
I look forward to using this site to learn more about this protocol and how I can use it to advance my training.

I've been reading up on P/RR/S for a little while. In the past, I think I've suffered from a little bit of Workout ADD...jumping from one program to another. P/RR/S seems like a great method of progressive overload while still mixing it up enough to keep your attention.
I'm 37 years old. I currently stand at 6'2", 193 lbs and ~15%BF. I intend to be in the best shape of my life when I hit 40, and I hope this program can help me get there. Hell, maybe I'll even enter my first competition on the other side of the hill!

Scojo, I did the same thing. I Jumped from one program to another. Recently found the prrs program and been following it and really love it. Great program especially when your getting close to 40 like me (I'm currently 41). The program is great, i love how it changes each week! It's a lot of fun to follow. The creator of prrs is eric broser he's on facebook! He's an awesome guy! He always answers all of my questions about the pprs program! I recently hired him as my nutrition coach as well. He created an awesome easy to follow personalized nutrition program for me to follow while on the prrs and trying to get ripped for the summer. Well worth the investment! You should contact him on Facebook or his website. Good luck! Steve Gymrat992
