We thank you for joining our Forum. Here you will find probably the most friendly board you will ever find. Everyone here is very respectful of everyone else and feel free to ask any questions you may have about nutrition, training, contest prep, etc.
Most of all, we would love all of you who join to go ahead and introduce yourself by telling us where you are from, what your goals are in fitness, and whatever else you would like to say.
Thank you for coming to the place where P/RR/S is the Time to Grow with no Plateau

Hello fellow lifter's ( I guess bodybuilders) I'm an old Powerlifter, I still deadlift and train my 13 yrld son the same way.. Bench, Deadlifts, squats, bent over rows, cleans...Old school. I have 4 kid's a wonderful sexy wife, I lift 4 times a week and work 50 to 60 hrs. I'm 5'11, 202lbs and I'm an Ass if I don't make it to the gym. I'm in the Engineering field and I'm a christian. I have a ton of info (old school) but I'm clean ( don't use Gear anymore) 10 yrs Gear free ( we used too call it Hooch) and I have recently started taking some new supplements...Hopefully i can find good info....I also have a Chemistry background so I can figure out what works and what doesn't ( Kudos to Patrick A, hope your out soon to continue your incredible work) TF ... ;D

Hello All,
I'm new to the program, but not to weightlifting. I'm someone who has had trouble staying on a program in the past, moslty due to time restriction (I'm in my fourth year of university and work alot of hours to pay for it). I am, however studying kinesiology (specializing in Sport Medicine), so fitness is still a big part of my life. Traditionally i've found myself to be a hardgainer (in my first year my roommate and i went to the gym more than anyone else we knew.. we were known at the gym for being the "hardcore guys", despite not having the greatest of physiques. yet despite that, my weight seemed to plateau around 165lbs, and I'm 6 feet tall!!) I am proud to say that I have been back in the gym for some time now, and my roommate and I are once again becoming known to the gym staff as "the hardcore guys". We just completed our first power week, and I couldn't be more excited to continue with the program! I can tell from the feeling in my muscles that this will yield some serious results!

Hey All! Well, my names Chris, im 19 and in my first year college studying journalism, and i want to get ripped! I actually have been struggling with my weight all my life, and only recently have I gotten a hold of it. I was 250lbs last year at 5'10, although I have always been muscular. I played football, rugby, but that feeling of taking off my shirt could only equate to shame and embarrassment. Well, I started running and playing basketball while loosely working out (3 times a week, no real program, and no REAL growth). I am proud to say that as of today, Im 210 lbs and 16% bf (still 5'10 lol). I have come quite far, but I want to go to the next level. I have a very muscular and large physique, but theres fat. Im still technically overweight, however I am feeling 100 times better about my body. I want to take it that step further... Lately, I have been going HARD in the gym. I am addicted to feeling that burn as i push and push that last rep out, and love watching the sweat pour off my face when im doing planks. That is why I have a feeling i will be well at home over here! haha i have been reading some posts, and you guys seem nuts! and i love it! I know the feeling, but im not where you guys are at..yet. Lookin forward to the journey

Hey there guys.
I am new here and wanted to say hey.
Well a little bit about myself: I am pushing 40 here pretty soon, I have been at this game since I was in grade school and truthfully stummbled upon this site. I am not a huge dude by any means. What I have been looking for is a way to stay in great shape and look good of course. I have done every program known to man at some point: Westside, DC (my current fav), standard BB stuff, HIT, and list goes on and on. I have never done a contest or show, never really thought about really. Right now, my goal is to put on some solid mass and stay lean in the process. My all time best is around 220, but that was real sloppy. I have spent the better part of the last 4 years really digging into nutrition and learning how to eat well, stay lean, and healthy. Now, I feel I have all my ducks in a row and can go for mass again. I have been working with Justin Harris as my nutritionist for the past 4 months and plan on staying with him for the better part of a year. Not sure if everyone is familiar with him, but he has helped me take my body fat from 18% down to about 8% in that time. I read many of the threads on the board and I have to say I have not been this pumped about a new program since.....well...forever!! It looks so logical and well thought out. I am very excited to give this a try. Also, I must say that this is by far the friendliest place I have been on the net, so that is great. I look forward to chatting with everyone at some point and I hope I can bring something of value to the board.
Take care.

Welcome Husker!!! Glad you stumbled into the right place. Enjoy your new family here. You will learn lots from P/RR/S, to FD/FS, to nutrition, supplements, you name it. This forum is probably the only Natural one you'll find. The people here are genuinely nice and want to help each other achieve their goals.
