workouts are looking awesome! is this your first time using JW? I love that stuff, I plan on starting it in Feb with the tri-lean system. bascially to retain muscle as I lean out but the great thing about it is that you can use it for bulking, leaning, etc! Oh BTW, yeah the Cards did it BUT the Steelers will win it all! GO STEELERS! hahahaha muahahaha Yes sir first time on it. I love it!! My lifts are improving I like big Ben but the Cards will be on top!! (betting they will) ;D

Great workout yesterday. Back had a killer pump, felt tight all day. Things are crazy here in H-Town. Everything is rushed. The gym is my stress reliever. I have really felt great this past week. Tomorrow is legs ;D

The move was nuts but what move isn't crazy!!
I been sick with the FLU all week. Thought I was going to die! Feel much better today and will start training again on Tuesday with a little RR. Started back on with the JW yesterday and eating more. I could not eat all week and drank water. I think water is what kept me alive lol.
I have a lot of work to do with the house in the coming weeks. Also a bit of work to do at work, not going all week put me behind even more.
