I agree, the newbs will be gone in 2-4 weeks and things wil be back to normal in gyms across the country! I hope so. They are a pain in my _ _ _!

Had no clue about former living and dining rooms. It is crazy. Now I need guest bedrooms furniture. Had a little dine out Saturday night Interesting

Great workout yesterday. Felt good and the shoulder had a pump!! Sore and tight around the pecs today. Mixed up the DB incline for the BB incline. 12 reps is a lot! Today is back. The JW is diff. kicking in!! Damn good stuff

Do tell us about your "interesting" dine out..... Well....... It is weird in a good way if that makes sense. Had a great time with her. She is a funny but serious chick. Normally this too "serious" stuff is a turn off to me. I like to have fun and not worry what other people think. It is weird because this really isn't bothering me. On the plus side, she works out and eats great. Looking for that in a girl now a days ;D We have to see where it goes! Thanks for asking and stopping by Sapph!

The workouts are right on track and now that the diet is down...I think you're going to really start EXPLODING!

I would wait on the guest furniture....at least till people start to visit. I have had a guest bed for 5 years now, and it has only been slept in about 5 times. My inlaws are only 2 hours away!

Another great workout yesterday. Feeling it in the abs today ;D Trying something different with Traps. I'm going to add the DB shrugs at the end of each workout for few weeks. See what happens. I feel they are lagging alittle

Good work in here Cody! It's funny how certain things with a girl can be a turnoff but if you meet the right one and make a connection it doesn't even seem to matter.

Be busy, but I got in two great workout yesterday(arms) and today(legs). Normally I do legs on Friday but had to do them today because Friday was crazy! Will post later tonight ;D

workouts are looking awesome! is this your first time using JW? I love that stuff, I plan on starting it in Feb with the tri-lean system. bascially to retain muscle as I lean out but the great thing about it is that you can use it for bulking, leaning, etc!
Oh BTW, yeah the Cards did it BUT the Steelers will win it all! GO STEELERS! hahahaha muahahaha
