Had a great workout yesterday, little rusty the first few sets but turned into a good workout. Will post it and todays workout later tonight.

First workout after being sick all week, not bad. A little rough at first but turned out to be a good one. Feeling it today, a little tight but pretty sore.

Great back pump on this workout! All is good on the JW. This stuff is a damn good product. It makes you want to go a few more sets on everything. Nothing is better then having a little extra gas in the tank when finishing up on a set ;D ;D

Today was an off day. Went to a jackpot roping this evening and WON!! My buddy(Shane) and I beat 32 ropers in 4 go rounds for a pot worth $1600. Supplement account is full now!!! It was a good roping, nice people and good stock of roping steers. We will continue to go every Thursday night. May start hitting more ropings around here. Getting the old feeling back . May cause some heartaches. It never fails This gets me pumped almost as much as the gym does ;D The chicka tells me 2 hobbies is to much for me right now. We will see about that! I'm a little ticked with her now. Getting a tad bit to controling....... already now >:(what will I do

The flu almost killed me bro! lol Was not fun at all The weekend was great! Went to my old man's place after my workout Friday night. He lives in Boerne. We made dried deer sausage Saturday. Took the chicka so my pops could check her out ;D He approved! Says she is to good for me lol, he is crazy! Drove back to H-Town Sunday morning so I could start working on the house. Hung up 5 new ceiling fans and a few blinds for the windows. All in all good weekend.
