I don't think I would have made it to the leg presses after those splits! 175...I hear ya! It took everything I had to finish this, my next RR legs will be a little more intense. It felt so good to be hurting like that ;D

Still lifting here! I found out some bad news Wednesday. I'm not going to lie peeps. It has me down but I try not to let it show. I have a lot of things on my plate right now and people depend on me to be strong. I found out that I'm going blind. I have a gene disorder called Usher Syndrome. I'm losing eyesight and a little hearing. And stress is not a good thing for it. Going to the gym helps me a lot and makes me feel much better about it. I have many things to think about. It is crazy.
There is not a cure for it now but they are working on it now, maybe 3-5 years down the road. I have decided to stop driving. The doc said I'm fine now but not drive at night. I just can't do it, if something was to happen I would not forgive myself even if it was not my fault.
Well that is about it, I will keep you all posted on it as I learn more about it. I have more testing next week. Maybe I will be the first legally blind bodybuilder!! Any out there yet?? Have a great weekend guys and gals!!

Wow, I really do not know how to respond here. I am impressed that you are keeping a positive attitude. I am sorry that you have to go through this and I truly hope that a cure can be found. Please let us all know if there is anything that we can do, although I am not sure what that may be.

It is ruff but It is the only choice I have right now. I have to make some major adjustments, but I will make them! Thanks for the support bro! I will post any news that comes, good or bad
