www.humapro.comI know I have been away from my PRRS family for quite some time now, but I am back and better than ever ;D I don't want to sound as if I'm "peddling" here and I hope Eric doesn't mind because I know he is an ALL AMERICAN EFX Athlete, but I have been absolutely enthralled with ALR's new product HUMAPROI started this prep just over 5 weeks ago at 173 pounds with some definite fat to lose. Through continual calorie and carbohydrate manipulation (down to about 100 carbs/day) as well as continuing to add cardio, I was assuming to be down in the mid 160's by now. Much to my surprise I stepped on the scale this morning and was..... 173 pounds ;D Typically I lose 3-5 pounds the very first week of prep. This time, I am holding steady and INCREASING my strength. I have done the following lifts in the last week: Inc DB Press - 105 X 11 Squats - 365 X 10, 405 X 8, & 450 X 4Those are just some highlights. I've been very impressed with these results. KYLE

I have always been impressed w/ ALR's line. It's one of the reasons I'm so happy to be with the company, but I try not to peddle/spam about it for many reasons, but I needed to get back to this board and I really wanted to give my honest opinion on it.
I'm going to take some pics Friday for Eric to review as always and I'm going to try to post pics of me at the start of this prep and my recent pics this weekend and you can see for yourself the changes in my body as well as negligible, if any, weight loss.

AFTER: 174 August 13 I realize the pic is blurry and of poor quality, but you should get the idea. Maybe I can try to get another pic that is better for a more dramatic BEFORE and AFTER. Actually the pictures were taken 5 weeks apart. My diet is basically this right now: TRAININGN DAYS: 260 P 110 C 28 F OFF DAYS 260 P 60 C 28 F Cardio: M Th F - 30 Min W Sa Su - 1 Hour Supplements: HUMAPRO - 5 In middle of Night, 5 In AM Before Cardio, 5 Pre Workout, 5 Post WorkoutBCAA - Chain'd Out - 7-10 Grams during cardio and Weight Training Pro Anabol - 1 Cap 3 Times/day Hyperdrive - 1 Cap 2 times/day Lean Dreams - 2 Caps before Bed That's it. I'm sure Eric will be changing things up as we go on, but I am mind boggled. Attachments:

Btw, I have a question how does the "Pro Anabol" feel in your system does is it seem to work pretty decent?

LOL! HPro is an interesting product. I think it will help with contest prep, especially as I lower calories and protein levels.
