I am always willing to try something new and give it a shot, like for example a while ago when I was just starting out and doing my very first bulking cycle I really didn't know what the heck I was doing and obviously I eventually went completely overboard with it.... but don't worry I told everyone it's not fat, it's potential muscle. LOL very nice. I had never heard of HPro until now to be honest, I will have to maybe try it out sometime, thanks for sharing.

There's certainly plenty of bad buzz about ALR products, Hoss so I'm interested in your results. IIRC, ALR products were dropped from bb.com and their reps banned from the boards... and comments about ALR products "getting nailed" for containing illegal anabolics are common over there. nfllawsuitexposed.com/tag/alr-industriesI believe ALR is still banned by the NFL?

I usually keep it simple myself. However, I have been known to dabble w/a few different supplements here and there. What about everybody's take on using different Essential Fatty Acids. Fish Oil, Flaxseed Oil and Borage Oil are great. I take the easy way out and take an EFA Supplement, although I realize it isn't necessarily the worst thing to do. This may start a heated debate but I feel you do NOT need to count the fat grams of flax seed, fish oil or any other Essential Fatty Acids in your normal fat intake. These fats are very good for you. Just worry about the grams of fat that are in your food. Yes, I said it....lol Some people will most likely disagree about counting these, and listen I totally understand. Anything you eat should be for obvious reasons accounted for in your total food intake for the day. A tbsp of flax oil adds 14g of fat and 120 calories per shot, while each capsule typically has 500mg to 1000mg (1 gram). So you would need to take 14 1000mg capsules to get the same amount in 1 tbsp. Recommended dose 1-2 tbsp oil (14 - 28g) per day is commonly suggested. There is also evidence that 6g's of fish oil every day can help in metabolizing stubborn body fat. I really like Pride Nutrition's Premium EFAs. it's around $20 for 120 gel caps. If you take 2 -4 per day you'll get a great dose of Omega 3's, 6's & 9's with minimal hassle. You know it is just like most supplements you decide if you need it or if you don't.... when you are already getting enough of whatever it is to fill the gap to help support of nutritional and performance attributes, however you aren't absolutely required by law to supplement anymore then needed. This being said nothing is not set in stone, I would personally suggest 1 tbsp flaxseed oil per day. But that is me, for you it may not be in the game plan. Since oil can easily get rancid , simply keep in the fridge in an airtight container (ie the original container) will help prevent it from going rancid. If you don't keep it in the fridge, make sure you keep it out of direct sunlight. Best.

Hey...stop peddling on my site!!!!! ;D LOL! HPro is an interesting product. I think it will help with contest prep, especially as I lower calories and protein levels. Sorry Coach! Seriously, maybe it's something else, but it's not like this is my first rodeo...You know my body. I know my body. I have to believe HUMAPRO is one of the reasons I've been able to maintain weight while dropping a significant amt of body fat.

Well, we are supposed to consult our lawyer about things like this, but I can say this. This is stemming from taking MAX LMG a product that was PULLED by ALR before it was banned. In fact I believe the product was still available from other companies up until the most recent pro hormone/test boosting legislation. The aforementioned NFL player was taking a LEGAL OTC product that was banned by the NFL either in it's form or in the form that it was converted to by the body. As far as being banned from BB.com, there is more to it than what is being said and I'm not going to be liable for saying what is going on there. Furthermore, there was an incident where there was some contaminatino, but it was in one lot batch of a previously made product and the source of that contamination was in form of a raw material that contaminated several different companies products. ALR is currently in very good standing with agencies pertaining to quality control.

Although I've personally never used ALR products, certainly it is good to know they are keeping up with good manufacturing practice.

Thanks Ramiro! I'm excited about the product. In fact, I had a nice conversation Saturday with Author himself about HUMAPRO and the direction they are taking regarding FURTHER Research and Development as well as different types of delivery systems. There are some specific studies being funded by 3rd party Universities on some of ALR's supplements and delivery systems that are very cool.

I am still in touch with Author myself and talked with him recently about HPro. I think it might have some valid applications, especially when cutting. That is why I wanted you to send me some bottles
