Is there any sound strategy as far as nutrition goes from power week to rep range week to shock week? Im using huma pro fro protein source and my carbs are 400-500 fat 50-60 with one cheat meal a week and one clean increase to 700 but Im just off a long diet from doing shows and was going to start carb cycling any suggestions on to work this into the program? thanks

I would say that on rep range week you could probably utilize more carbohydrates and drop your fats because you'll be using more glycogen due to volume. Power week, you can probably cut back on carbs making most of them with meals 1 and your post workout meal. Same with Shock week. Power week and shock week you may be able to up your EFA's a bit as Shock week really releases a lot of GH and Fats can help to sustain that release.

Ok sounds good what about off days drop iso caloric or drop carbs down and up fat as well? Thanks man

Ok on shock week doing the supersets don't you think it's tapping into your glycolytic stores as well cause of the higher reps and faster pace?

Possibly have carbs with only your first 2-3 meals and limit it to about .5-.75 grams/lb of body weight. Have your protein the same or possibly a tad bit higher and then supplement some EFA's with your non carb meals fro those days.

You could keep carbs the same on shock week, but you could also drop them and use shock week as a great "fat burning" week.
