Been away again but we'll see what happens the next couple days.. I hope to be here on the regular. Been on a poker players schedule as of late and am just getting my day started at 8pm!! Lol. Going to eat then head down and hit the gym then poker all night. Back soon.

Had a good chest workout although the "power room" where all the barbells are is closed this week for some repair work. No big deal just did a lot of dumbell and machine work. Had a good strong workout, first one in about a week. Trying to get some momentum going here, today was a good start.

Just been plugging away the last couple days, no spectacular workouts but in the gym getting it done and finally starting to clean up the diet. I have been on a gaining diet (aka eating like crap) for the last couple months as I just needed a break from the grind. I feel like I am ready to get back on track now and looking forward to getting back to it!

Well the Bears were tough to watch but what else is new... Had a great chest workout on Monday and followed that up with a great back day on Tuesday.. workout structure looked like this: CHEST- INCLINE PRESS.3 X 8-10 LOW INCLINE DB PRESS...2 X 10-12 WEIGHTED DIPS...2 X 8-10 CABLE FLYES..2 X 12-15 INCLINE DB FLYES...2 X 10-12 BACK/ABS- WEIGHTED PULLUPS...3 X 6-10 BENT ROWS...4 X 10-12 SEATED CABLE ROW...2 X 16-20 SS: STIFF ARM PULLDOWN/MACHINE PULLDOWN...2 X 8-10 HYPER EXTENSION... 2 X 10-12 HANGING STRAIGHT LEG RAISE...3 X 15-25 CABLE CRUNCH...2 X 10-12 SS: BENT LEG HIP RAISE/EXERCISE BALL CRUNCH...1 X 10-12 EACH Today has been a good day, picked up another poker player client today. Our session went well and looks like he will be a five day a week guy

Today has been a busy day, I had 6 clients before 3pm (really though it was 2, 2 and 2 per session but still) and trained myself. Going to put in a long poker session tonight. Today's workout was shoulders and looked like this:
DELTS/TRAPS/CALVES- FRONT DB RAISE...3 X 8-10 SIDE LATERAL RAISE...3 X 10-12 SMITH WG ROW...2 X 10-12 BENT LATERAL RAISE...2 X 13-15 SMITH SHRUGS...2 X 13-15 BENT DB SHRUGS...2 X 16-20 CALF PRESS...4 X 13-15

Workouts have been great as of late. My diet however has not! It's funny, every single time I get close to starting a cutting phase, my cravings just go through the roof, and I indulge them, OVER indulge them. I have let me bodyfat% get a little out of hand but on the other hand I'm feeling HUGE which is kinda fun... except when I see my fat pack! lol. Off to play some poker.
