Well my friends it has been a crazy busy 2-3yrs now since my last show. I have gotten married, finished my schooling, and spend part of my time in the finance world and the other part in forensics. I have had a couple old naggers come back and bite me to the point my training has suffered and that's all gone now. Not like I was not training the whole time (wasn't suppose to me, lol) but it was not to the intensity I prefer.
So last time I was here logging workouts I was about 209 at 10% BF working my weight back up from the contest weight of 176. The goal was to be 215 at 12% for off season in hopes I would compete in light heavies on my next run instead of middles.
AS of now I have lost about 4 lbs in the last 3 weeks. My only supplementation as of now is just some VPX NO Shotgun pre and Synthize post. I say kudos for the great strides that was made in flavor!~ lol So my start weight about 3 weeks ago was 240lbs. I am at around 236 and trying to slowly chip away at the mid section. Seems every oz of fat on me sits right in that spot and no where else. Since I am coming up on a lot of holiday goodies I found it absolutely senseless to start a hard core diet now. So goal is to lose a total of 15lbs to be at about 225 before tweaking the diet as my New Year resolution. I would love to just do another show to get it off quickly but I have not fully committed yet.
If I do decide on committing to a show then I will diet at least 16 weeks so that I can keep as much muscle as possible and lose the fat slow enough to lot have loose skin on stage. I will plan on staying with the NPC for now and take on both the natural and untested shows. I am a natural athlete but I get a bigger sense of accomplishment when I compete in the untested as my last run I placed 2nd and find it more satisfying.
To each is own I always say. I have been down some other paths in my past but this path has been my best by far so I keep it natural.
For those who do not know me I'm kind of a big deal here. just kidding SERIOUSLY kidding. I'm 36 and been following Eric and the original crew now since the day PRRS.
I hope to meet everyone here, give my input when asked, and show how humbling it is to be a bodybuilder. It should never be about pride. Its you verses you in the end.
God Bless
