Bakc is good but TODAY was my foot?!?!?
I did quads yesterday with no problems and today I can't put weight on it unless I put the pressure on the outside part. If I stand straight and put the whole foot down I get a sharp pain aournd the bottom and under my ankle on the opposite side of where the pressure is being put

Update, been training as usual but not logging much. We closed on our new house March 15th and now we are demo'ing some floors to get the carpet out and put down wood/tile. Painting both the interior/exterior and the pool people should be there in the next week to start the bid dig! lol Can't wait until it's all done in about 7 weeks with the new pool in all!

Update, been training as usual but not logging much. We closed on our new house March 15th and now we are demo'ing some floors to get the carpet out and put down wood/tile.
