Hmmm, I guess I am an old newbie, or a new oldie, not sure. Glad to be back to following the many wonderful people on this board. I look forward to attending a few shows to see some of you compete. Look what the cat dragged in!

Ahhhh yes - this is GREAT news! All we need now is BigSwole ( what happened with him, wasn't he supposed to be teaming up with Eric?), Troy (HA, yeah that'll happen... this guy is a roadie for Gaspari, and getting him to construct two coherent focused sentences is like getting a meeting with the president, lol, I love him!) and Greg Wilson to come around (lol, zing! cause he's a ghost, specializing in the art of guerrilla posting warfare where politics are involved) and we'll recapture the 'glory days!'PS: Is there even a VPX forum anywhere still active? I'd love to go to the site, even if it is no longer active and read through everything from years ago!

....just wanted to introduce myself and say hello to everyone over here at the PRRS forum. My name is Leo and I'm a workoutaholic! I really love to get THOSE muscles pumped and hit it hard, srry don't mean to sound like a cheesy 80's soft porn.... lol Anyways, I'm glad to find this forum and I can't wait to start the (P/RR/S) program next week officially, although I have the pdf for it I still like to see the dvd with everything in action so whenever it arrives on my doorstep (just ordered it, like a kid in a candy shop). I haven't any probs with the whole-nutrition aspect of things because I went to school for nutrition and health to get certified as a (CNS) however I am curious to see if this program is ok to do when you cut or is it primarily geared towards off-season (bulking up) phase when you could be taking in anywheres from 500 calories or greater all depending solely upon individual requirements, thanks in advance?

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! 80's soft porn LMFAO! I like you already! Welcome to the only way to train to get the maximum results in the shortest amount of time without having to break your back. You'll have the fat falling right off you! (if you need that) but Eric doesn't believe in "bulking" and "cutting". You'll understand more his methods when you get the DVD. He is like no other coach around, and so his techniques are totally unique. Have fun!
