Hey !
About me : I'm Filipe from Portugal , currently 25 years old . Been lifting for 5 years now and I've stummbled upon this method and got me curious because it's an aproach that makes all sense . So,after quite a while reading about this all over the internet and before I'll experiment this training and buying the book and the dvd I thought coming this forum and ask a few questions that weren't answered in my research. Probably after those questions are answered I'll stick to this method and became another P/RR/S fan fan for life .
Stats : 25 years old , 160 pounds lean body mass , 16 pounds of fat ( 10% at the momente ) , 1.75 m - cutting for a month now .
Most important question I have to ask : How much lean body mass gain should an intermediate experience lifter should be expencting per week ? ( Keep in mind I'm lifting for 5 years now . If the routines that I've used are importante for you to give me a more acurate answer please just ask me and I'll reply as soon as I see it ) .
God bless you all

Welcome to the board, you'll love P/RR/S! Your gains will be determined by your diet so you gotta eat. The amount of lean gains you make depends on your diet and your training so eat SMART and lift SMART.. PRRS=SMART so you are halfway there

Sure !
I'm completly dominating my nutrition in this moment . Everything is tabeled according the best results I had of all experience in those past years and I'm still keeping my log active. The thing is , from about a year ago to this point my grouth as reached a plateau . I'm gaining about less than half pound a month . Even if I upper my kcals . I went seeing forums and stuff and they said its normal after some years lifting to reach a point were you gain agout 2-4 pounds of solid muscule a year . Then I've stumbled upon prrs training wich said it's growth without plateau . And I believe it ( 3 variations in 3 weeks is a lot for your body to handle and create an adapatation , makes perfect sense ) , so my question is , if growth without plateau is possible , how much should I expect to grow in a month from a clean bulk with prrs ( with clean I mean 3/4 muscule , 1/4 fat ratio).

Grow without plateau means that this method will keep you from ever completely stagnating! And yes, it is because of the constant change in method from week to week. But, no matter what, after several years in the gym it gets harder and harder to gain muscle. For a drug free lifter, a gain of 5 solid lbs a year is excellent. But add that up and after 5 years you will be 25 lbs heavier...and that is a lot of muscle!

True indeed ! you are right . I was hoping I could fasten a bit my growth with this method and keep growing as I did in other times ( like about 10 pounds a year ) . No problem . If it is plateau breaking its ok for me since I'm not beeing able to put more lean body mass for a while now ( even if I upper the kcals ) .
Another question I had to make . I have a very busy schedule right now . ( I'm in college and I have a job to be able to make college plus helping my older ones with my monthly food that is out of theyr patterns of normal so , if I want to eat as I like , I have to pay the extra it costs) So I wake up around 4 a.m. to workout . Even so , my time is little . About an hour is the maximum I can spend without interfeering with my schedule . ( more than an hour means I have to sleep less or skip a class ). So here it goes . I've been seeing that in the power week for example the resting time is about 4 minutes per session isnt it? If you make 6 movements with 3 sessions each it will make ( 6x3x4 = 72 ) 72 minutes of resting time in the workout . is this correct? If it is , unfortunatly in this moment of my life prrs is just impossible for me to keep .

Lets face the brass--facts here.... you've literally changed the bodybuilding game by creating a masterful system based on good sound physiological science and jam-packed with empirical data and very concise training protocols which are suited so beautifully for anyone to open the way for the next better results. Many things look simple on paper but practice is another. This program is a truly remarkable method for building bulk and strength fast. In fact, I would even go as far as saying that P/RR/S is by far the best workout program which I have ever done (and let me just say that I have certainly tried plenty of different programs over the years.) I think you at the very least deserve a high-five or firm handshake, my hat is off to you Sir, and keep THOSE creative juices flowing.

That's why I'm saying his knowledge is "expensive". He's got an ass load of info and help to give his clients. We need to EARN that kind of knowledge. Not just "throw pearls before swine".

Hello all. I got into the P/RR/S program last year and I gained more muscle than I ever had. My only problem was that my diet was not where it should have been and I wasnt as cut as I wanted to be. It was weird to have friends ask me if I was on steroids because I got pretty big (of course, answer is no). Anyway, this year I decided to lean out and one way was lay off weights a bit and train for a marathon. My wife and I were lucky to be chosen for the New York City Marathon on Nov. 7th. We can wait and are ready for it. We are currently tapering our training and looking forward to the big day.
Well, I am currently the leanest I have ever been. Part of it is also my diet. I discovered the Anabolic Diet and I absolutely love it. So, my goal after the marathon is to get back into P/RR/S. I think with how lean I am, my new diet and P/RR/S I may even consider competing next year. I cant wait to get back into it. I still have been weight training, but just to maintain what muscle I have while I train for the marathon. Of course, once I get back into weight training, I will decrease my running. However, I love running too much so not sure how much I will decrease that.
Anyway, I just discovered this forum and am looking forward to corresponding with everyone out there who know how great this program is. November 9th will be the day I jump right back into the program.

You will still get 90% of the effect from this method!!!
