I am new to this message board and have never posted on any forums before. I did P/RR/S for 6 months with Eric starting in summer of 2006. I ran marathons for 6 years while still bodybuilding but finally realized I have to pick one sport...so bodybuilding won. I stopped running so much and I still train using this incredible system and continue to see gains. I am 6' 2" and hover between 245 -250 lbs. I've trained since 1991 and have always trained hard but have never experienced such incredible gains before starting P/RR/S.
The one consistent rule I have had throughout all my years of training is, natural, natural, natural.

Oh, and by the way, I see that we have a few newbies that come to check things out, but have no posts yet. We don't bite...very hard anyway. Welcome, and let us know who you are, where you are from and if there is any way we can help you out with your workouts.

Hey everyone, My name is Keith and I live in southern California. My ultimate goal would be to gain 15-20 lbs of LBM and maintain a BF% in the single digits. Presently, I stand 5'11", 205lbs @ 11-12% BF. I stumbled upon Eric's PRRS program at BB.com.

Hi,
My name is Omar and after living in the USA for 20 years, I just moved back to Pakistan, to be closer to family. I have two little girls (ages 7 and 5), and I turned 40 just about a week or so ago...ugh!
I started training a few years ago and have built a pretty solid gym at home - no Hammer Strength or Nautilus machines but lots of free weights (Olympic Bars, weights, benches, power cage, squat racks and the like). I discovered P/RR/S a few months ago and have gone through one cycle and absolutely love it.
While I was in the US, I DC trained for about 9 weeks and made some impressive strength gains but since I work out alone and don't have any machines I couldn't continue the same training here. Luckily I came accross an article by Eric on his system and since then have tried to read everything I can find on it and certainly this board has been quite helpful. What has been really convenient is that I have been able to pretty much use all my free weights to Eric's system - lots of compound movements and some isolation movements but no need for fancy machines.
While my strenght increases have been excellent, I am really satisfied that for the first time, I have actually felt size increaes in my lats, chest, shoulders and triceps. I need to keep working on my thighs and biceps to get them up to speed.
I must also applaud this forum for keeping things quite civilized - the general level of discontent on other forums seems quite disturbing to say the least, especially if you get the odd bird who doesn't seem to buy totally into the prevailing system being discussed on that particular forum. So kudos to the administrators on this forum who have somehow figured out how to get people to be more civil towards each other.
I look forward to participating more actively on this board.
Regards,
Omar
