ran out of time for cardio. Was happy with todays w/o. shoulder gave me problems on mu lat pulls but i knew it would. First doing deads in over a year so real happy with that weight. Abs and cardio tomorrow

good workout hoopie and search the exercises who doesn't give problems , there are exercises enough I have trouble with neck pulldown , dips and barbell press behind the neck

Monday 1-31-11
No gym today. Last night i got blind sided during my hockey game and caught a shoulder to the side of my head that knocked me out. Head still hurting along with my neck and shooulder so needless to say there was no gym w/o done..

Monday 1-31-11 No gym today. Last night i got blind sided during my hockey game and caught a shoulder to the side of my head that knocked me out. Head still hurting along with my neck and shooulder so needless to say there was no gym w/o done.. Holy crap...that does NOT sound fun. Hope you're feeling ok!! Be careful with concussions. They can be devastating.

Not sure if it was a good idea to w/o so soon after sunday. Start getting a slight headache but worked through it.

WEll i was supposed ot do chest today also but my shoulder had other thoughts. So needless to say the onlything i was able ot do was bis and even that carried some pain to it.
BB curl 95x6,6 105x6
single arm preacher 45x6,6,6
alt db curl 45x6,6,6
abs(circuit) weighted rope crunch 77x20,20,20 ss with ball crunch 30,30,30 ss with russian twist 45x15,15,15
Hopeing over the weekend the shoulder eases up on me for monday

single arm upper x-over 12.5x16 17.5x16 22.5x16
single arm lower v-over 12.5x12,12,12
*single arm x-overs were done without rest. Just switched from righ tarm to left arm till all sets were done*
