Ok ive learned that low carb contest diet + hockey game= BAD MIX/SHORT FUSE and 4 minutes in the penalty box all at once for slashing and unsportmanlike conduct...
on the bright side we won...

Well todays w/o sonsisted of lugging around 75-100 pound sand bags at my parents house incase of a flood. Damn close to flooding but didnt happen but got one hell of a w/o lugging those suckers around
Time to add some K-otic to my w/o's as im starting to feel liek a slug with the low carbs

rg rows 185x6,6( idk why but these kill my shoulder)

oh how the mighty have fallen. these are horrible compared to what i was doing prior to my shoulder problems..very disheartening
