Monday 3-14-11 Chest
db press 55x50 incline press 35x50 seated bench 50x50 upper x-overs 20x50 lower x-overs 20x50
250 reps total done without break. My chest was on fire and i freaking breathing hard. what as ass kicker this was..wanted to do one more exercise but by the time the bench opened up i had cooled down to much and recuperated. So i went with the 250 reps today. Was fun doing it though

bb curl 65x50 db curl 25x50 lying cable curl 20x50 single arm curls 12x50 r arm 12x50 L arm hammer curl 15x50
Holy hell my arms still are hurting. 300 reps done in 17 minutes followed by 30 minutes of cardio
