Well fellas its been a while and i have been back in the gym for a couple months now. I have to workout around my shoulder and it really inhibbits a lot of what i can do in the gym. I lift to how it feels theres no real method to my madness anymore. If it feels good i go hard and heavy and if its a bad day i go easy and high reps. It sucks i dont like it but its what i have to do. On top of that im playing hockey again every weekend on a team of young kids half my age and damn are they freaking fast. This old man has trouble keeping up with them on skates. So im going to do and extreme leaning out to stage readiness. A) i want to do it for myself and B) to see if being leaner will help me in keeping up with the youngsters during a game.

Tuesday 1-18-11 Chest/Bi's(1 minute between sets)
db press 70x12,14,11
incline fly 30x15,15
seated machine bench(drops) 90x10 80x10 70x6
ez bar curls(back against wall) 65x10,10,10
single arm preachers 25x12,12,12
single arm preacher hammers 20x15,15
Cardio- Started out with running but wasnt feeling it so after 10 minutes went to a good wak at 4.2mph and 5% incline

Cardio- 30 minute run
Weighted rope crunch 77x20,20,20 ss with ball crunches 30,30,30 ss with russian twist 45x15,15,15

LOL, as we age we find pressing the most weight does not always get the most results!

Cool training with your daughter and dieting at the same time.
