Where do you guys get your Phosphatidyl Serine? It is really expensive on the two places I have seen it. It would be $40 for not even a full months supply. How much does it help? Some of us are poor kids who just finished college If you are on a budget do not bother with PS right now.

For example:
4/0/X = 4 second eccentric/no pause/explosive concentric 2/1/2 = 2 second eccentric/1 second pause/2 second concentric

Eccentric is the process of the lengthening of the muscle, ie the opposite direction you are going as opposed to the contracting part of an exercise. This doesn't always have to be up or down, for example on a triceps pressdown, the eccentric phase is actually going up. T

Well I'm just starting my third week of P/RR/S (so far it's awesome) so I have a while to go before I try FDFS, however I did have a brianstorm.
Eric, you should put together a FDFS supplements kit and market it! Would be a whole lot easier than trying to gather all the supps that are needed.

After a cycle of FD/FS, how do you go back into P/RR/S? Take off a week or go right into Power?
Anyone want to chime in?

When I discussed this same thing with Eric, i believe he suggested a RR wk, due to the CNS takes a beating from FD/FS. He'll chime in when he can, i think the big boy is a busy beaver these days! ;D
