FDFS is no joke, that is for sure! You follow the protocol and YOU WILL GROW!! There is no doubt.
One more secret: During FDFS training is a good time to increase your intake of high saturated fat protein sources like red meat and eggs.
An supplement like X-Factor might also increase the effectiveness!

I'm just wrapping up my fourth and final week of FDFS... I'm eating for mass as recommended, also using the recommended pre-during-post doses of protein, waxy maize BCAA's, EAA's and creatine, Alanine etc... Let me just say for all the other "average joes" like me: 1) This is the shit. Seriously... this is probably my best four weeks of growth. 2) It kicked my ass. Physically AND Mentally... coming off those leg days... yeow. One of the weeks real life basically made me go through the week with no off days... holy hell by the end of that. 3) THANKS again to Eric for a brilliant approach. AWESOME! There is NO DOUBT that FDFS is an extremely effective program! When used properly (as Eric has outlined/devised) there is no other protocol that comes close!

I mean, it says you shouldn't take other omegas etc, so would you just not take your Thinfat for the duration of the cycle? [glow=red,2,300]T[/glow]

I just finished 2 weeks of FD/FS.
The results were more than I expected. I would have never thought that my body composition would/could change that much in such a short amount of time.
That said, each movement was done exactly as prescribed. Each rep was as perfect as it could be regarding he essentric/concentric aspect of it.
My nutrition and supplementation was also on. Make sure you follow Eric's recommendation of pre/post workout nutrition. If you do not, changes are you will no make it, LOL!!
Thanks Eric, this is the shizzle....HAHAH!!!
Although I am looking forward to doing it again at the end of this 8 week cycle, I do not want it to get here too fast, LOL!!!

Is FD/FS effective for building strength as well as size? Just curious. And thanks eric for the supp advice for preworkout, 45 minutes before my workout I drank about 50 grams of carbohydrates (glucose polymers) and sipped cytomax along with half a scoop of glucose polymers, I had never done the this before, and it made a great difference! I easily got a great pump from just the high weight exercises, and with low weights at the end, forget it, my muscles had no shape whatsoever.

Yes, strength gains will occur with FDFS, just like with PRRS, but that is not the main focus of the program.

Im new to the site. I have been reading all the articles about p/rr/s and FDFS. Great workout plans. Im in my 2 cycle of p/rr/s and it has worked great. Im going to keep on doing this workout for the 9 weeks suggested.
Just had a question about the FDFS. Of course, im not reading for FDFS. Im confuse about (Smith Incline Press…2 x 2-3 +1 + 1 + 1 rest/pause style (6/1/1 tempo). It's the +1+1+1 rest pause stylethat gets me. I understand the 2x2-3. Now does it mean that during the reps i rest 1 sec. Thanks
