OMG, I'm not even close to being ready for this yet.... I have to finish the first challenge and see where I am at or if I can still move around, this is brutal, but in a brutally good way! I'm proud to say I'm the only woman who does FD/FS and I do it for 2 weeks in a row. And we don't hold back. I get what the guys get. Booyah! Now that's just not fair, showoff.... That's awesome for sure keep it up, see ya' over at the curling rack !

LOL well it's something to be damn proud of, being the only woman and taking it like a man! Ugh I hate doing biceps but the funny thing they're the part on me that grows the fastest! I don't have to do much to get them poppin! But sure let's go to the curl rack and do squats and deads instead. FD/FS squats and deads tend to make you puke a little in your mouth LOL!

As far as nutrition goes....why use the Maltodextrin 40 minutes or so before training, especially if you are going to be using more maltodextrin 15 minutes prior to training and throughout training?
I would think that you would want to eat a cup of oatmeal an hour or so before hand (get in your complex carbs). And then 15 minutes prior to training and throughout training drink the maltodextrin.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks in advance

for your first FD/FS cycle, theres no need to include the forced reps, correct?
