I just got back from a trip to Vegas went to see the 45th edition of Joe Weider's Mr.Olympia show, what else can I say other then it was awesome! I seen a LOT of the supplement booths set up, and the bikini model show was something else.... Umm, I mean the whole show was great for sure. lol Jay Cutler, he kept the title as the 4th Mr Olympia victory for him. Although he didn't earn this title so easily, just have a look at the roster of competitors this year it turned out to actually be a BATTLING GROUNDS, and the guns were blazing in this contest among those such as Phil Heath, Branch Warren, Dexter Jackson, Kai Greene, Denis Wolf, and Ronny Rockel, to only name a few etc. Jay's now among the prestige with some of the only men in Mr.Olympia history who have won more then (3) Olympia titles, those who have done this more than Cutler are Ronnie Coleman (8), Lee Haney (8), Arnold Schwarzenegger (7), and Dorian Yates (6). Final results: 1. Jay Cutler $200,000 2. Phil Heath $100,000 3. Branch Warren $75,000 4. Dexter Jackson $50,000 5. Dennis Wolf $ 40,000 6. Ronny Rockel $ 30,000 7. Kai Greene $18,000 8. Victor Martinez $ 17,000 9. Toney Freeman $ 16,000 10. Hide Yamagishi $14,000 All in all it was a good show and a fun time, but now its back to work tomorrow at the gym, so I can gain some serious MASS and earn me a trophy or two. I'll check in with you guys soon. The 9th week of P/RR/S training as of tomorrow and I am really loving it so far, best.

Good workout today, I got through all the supersets/drop sets without a hitch. Lifting fairly heavy today increasing poundage's on all the weights, so that's pretty cool!
I train legs tomorrow, will check-in with you then.

Yes and no.... I ended up spending a bundle of money on all kinds of GOODIES! LOL Its Vegas this was only inevitably going to happen, so lets not fight the urge baby! Although it was a bit on the expensive side, as usual it was a trip well-worth taking and so yes it was a friggin' blast are kidding me by the end of the event I didn't want to leave until I got a kiss from at least 4 or 7 bikini models. I sure have nailed my training this week, but I am looking forward to the weekend to rest & recover. I trained back & abs today it went over very well. I pushed through the "supersets" with a share diligence and brute force of a racehorse.... Lets just say that it was a brutal workout and I loved every bit of the challenge.... as John McCarthy would say LETS GET IT ON! I train both delts & triceps, calves tomorrow, catch ya on the flipside brotha!

The 9th week is brought to a conclusion using the P/RR/S system with a good success, now its my favorite time the weekend for more rest & recovery! I feel the workout it went over very well today, but admittedly so I did manage to forgot to do an exercise somehow (the weighted dips) as originally planned to bring out more of the good old' horseshoe-like triceps....lol However, this week was a great week for sure. I plan on doing 3 more weeks of P/RR/S training before then taking a recovery week, or I should say a greatly overdue mental break for (about a week or so), it will be nice that I can actually live the life of a "normal" person, and enjoy doing other things or get caught up on work. I will still continue to eat well during my recovery week in order to provide the body with the nutrients it needs to recover and grow. After the week of somewhat leisure, then I will be back to HIT the gym with a FURRY! Anyways that's how my goals look for now and I will keep you guys posted in my log next week, best.

This week I had to do a bit of traveling on a business trip, so I have been doing these easy total body/interval workouts at some pretty funky little hotel gyms....lol However, I will be back on track with P/RR/S starting next week. I will keep your guys posted, also I just got a free bottle of "MESOBOLIN" from a buddy of mine who I guess this guy works directly at the GetAnabolics.com, here is a link for the product: www.getanabolics.com/mesobolin-p-165.html I know how this probably sounds, but don't worry I am a completely drug-free bodybuilder for over 8 years now and I plan on keeping it that way! However, this sounds like a completely legit supplement, pretty much just a sterol complex which consisting of primarily ecdysterone, methoxy-isoflavone and iproflavone which sounds like a decent product. Since it is pretty much legal substances and not harmful or actual steroids, I will have to give it a shot and see how it works. I will keep you guys posted, best.

In order to get myself back on track this week, as fun as the idea of working out today seem to appeal to me, however, this was like starting from scratch because it was a brutal workout today! I did fairly well with today's workout, and to answer your question? Yes, it is already the start of a fun (POWER) week.... lol Although, I may not of marginally--increased the poundage's for all my lifts, I can honestly say it is a good feeling to be back in the local gym once again. This being said, I will be training the legs for an intense workout tomorrow.... BRING IT ON BABY !

The gym was empty today, however, you know I was still in there with even more intensity then Southwest Airlines favorite RHYMING attendant.... lol Seriously, I had a great workout today, and I manage to lift some pretty heavy weight. I trained back and abs, and tomorrow I train both delts, triceps, and calves. I will be sure to keep everyone updated for sure about things, best.

Thanks for supporting the cause, its nice of you to keep tabs on my little journal here. It is a work in progress, so far so good. I had to go on a business trip last week, so it is good to be back in the gym again. As the saying goes " Everyone makes mistakes. The trick is to make mistakes when nobody is looking." I have also been checking out your journal, you are going to go places man. You have definitely got the drive, and knowledge to back it up! keep up the good work, best.

I am ready to workout tomorrow, for sure; you know my gym bag is packed with a shaker bottle (filled with NF-PRO, and GENR8 Vitargo waxy-maize starch), a bottle of Pure Liquid Amino Elite, and none of this would be complete without an extra bottle of kre-alkaline up in this bag of wholesome goodness. It is another (REP-RANGE) week, and I am so ready to get myself in the zone baby.... now let's get ready to BRING IT !

Ah, yes the infamous battle-cry, we've all heard so many times before and learned to love ! I appreciate your enthusiasm my friend, thanks. Actually, I met the GREAT Ronnie Coleman in person signing autographs at an BSN promotion, you know what the funny thing is? he is actually a genuinely very approachable and all around nice individual, I definitely respect his accomplishments, and there is no doubt about it a FREAKISHLY MASSIVE DUDE.... but a good man.
