HAHA. Sure, I always have fun on the P/RR/S website. Thanks for giving a look at my training journal, I have been busy this week, while preparing for the holidays, so I haven't got to the gym. I hope that you as well as everyone else here on the P/RR/S website, all have a safe & wonderful X-MAS !

(3rd/cycle) WEEK #1 " POWER" P/RR/S - Thursday, I trained back & abs. It was a great workout, and I improved with all my lifts, also next week I will be starting my pre-contest diet a little bit earlier for this time around (Actually, believe it or not about 17-weeks out from normal schedule.) This is obviously set up intentionally to also clean up my diet, and get a fresh start from over-the-holidays .... lol I feel very good, and I look forward to seeing all the hard work payoff, as I see the final result from this winters bulking cycle. Anyways, things are going well, I have been training others at the gym, getting more personal clients, so things are definitely looking good for business. I am keeping myself busy, but its all good. I will keep everyone, who is still interested in my progress updated, but for now, have a nice NEW YEAR ! I will talk with you all next week, best.

(3rd/cycle) WEEK # 2 " REP RANGE" P/RR/S - Friday, I trained delts & traps, triceps, calves. It was crowded at the gym today, however, I still manage to have a great workout. I decided to head-over-to a new Planet Fitness which opened up recently, and you know what, it's a friggin' JOKE ! A staff member, she came over to me today and said that I was grunting and they have a NO GRUNTING POLICY .... Seriously, are these people kidding? Apparently, they aren't and it is an official rule. I just can't believe THAT such a thing as grunting or breathing heavy would be dispelled as a bad thing, aren't we supposed to be in the gym to actually workout.... haha Anyways, I will stick with the Gold's Gym downtown, ad least they can clearly tell the difference between THOSE with intent to workout, and those who are let's just say underachievers. I had a great workout, despite the B.S., and I plan on having a weekend for rest & recovery, I hope you guys workouts are going well, best.

I had about 15 different responses I wanted to type about this "no grunting" situation, but most of them were pretty demeaning and disrespectful. All I can say is I am glad it happened to you and not me! ;D That's a great way to describe it though...a joke!

Yes, that is a s**** gym anyways, they have mostly all commercial equipment and not a lot of free weights. I think it be a(n) nice gym when dieting down, and doing more cardio, it has a lot of cardio stuff. While, other then that I will probably just keep sticking with the Gold's gym, at least you can actually workout in the gym without being reprimanded for the share INTENSITY .... lol It has been a while since my last blog entry here, I have been over-the-pond to visiting a friend in the UK, so it has been fun, but I was also doing all my workouts, so everything has been on track! I hope all well with everyone here, and I will post my workout for today, providing the gym is still open, the snow is starting to show its face around these here parts, it is supposed to snow through until Thursday night I think, so its going to be frosty outside, for sure.

This is my (3rd/cycle) WEEK #5 - REP RANGE. Today's workout, I trained legs. It wasn't all that busy over at the gym, it was mostly snowing out, but these are good turnouts usually for people to show up for some odd reason, I suppose we all are a little bit HUNGRY for more muscle & shape .... lol
Everything, it all seem to go very well, I trained heavy as possible and until a complete momentary muscular failure using the proper rep range and cadence for the P/RR/S protocol, it went good. I have increased my aerobic exercise (once in the evening at night and twice on non-training days, about 20-30 minutes), I am trying to utilize more calories from my meals, while also burn some more body fat. I have always felt better by layering up in the gym before cardio sessions, and today was a perfect excuse for wearing my black hoody to crank up the heat (Thermogenesis) and push to get my sweat on. I am doing only cardio tomorrow, then we are once again back to the gym for another JOLT OF P/RR/S, Thursday. That's it for now, best.

Thanks, it's nice of you to say. I am definitely trying with my best efforts, it has been a busy week, but you know how money doesn't grow on trees .... haha However, despite the crammed schedule, I still managed to get in all my workouts at the gym. Today's workout, it was great, talking about a JAM-PACKED with the crowd, I had a great workout and I trained delts & traps, triceps, and calves .... BRUTAL ! I mean this in a good way, of course. I will be using tomorrow as a day off from training, and gladly, I have a desperate need to get me some rest & recovery (at least for a day.) I appreciate your comment, I hope that all your workouts and nutrition are going well, best.

(3rd/cycle) WEEK #6: SHOCK - P/RR/S Friday, I trained the delts & traps, triceps, and calves. The gym was pretty slow today, so the crowd was fairly low, I managed to have myself a nice workout, those drop sets are sometime HARD as s***! I am going to rest for this weekend, so I can be ready to hit-the-gym HARDCORE next week. I will be doing another cardio session again, this evening probably walking up and down the stairway, then I'll down myself a protein shake and get some sleep. That's it for now, have a nice weekend.

(3rd/ Cycle) WEEK #7: POWER - P/RR/S I must apologize for logging-in so late, for my blog here, I was traveling on a business trip, so there you have it .... lol I was visiting at the Hotel Monaco in Seattle, it had a cozy little gym, so I was able to catch my groove on, pretty ok. It went fairly good with all the workouts from last week, I actually manage to increase my lifts for most exercises. Today is the start of WEEK #8: SHOCK .... LETS GET THIS GYM ROCKIN' BABY !I had a good workout, I trained chest & biceps, forearms, abs. I did well, so for me it was a solid workout. I train quads, hams, glutes, and calves for tomorrow's workout, that's it for now.
