**(REP-RANGE) WEEK #5, 2nd Cycle - 12 Weeks P/RR/S Protocol
UPDATE: Wednesday, I hit the gym early this morning (around 6:45 AM), and I did a metabolic circuit training (MCT) with using only a set of dumbbells & aerobic steps, also the cable/machine for rows to squats and pull throughs (v-bar). The workout lasted about 45 minutes or so, and was absolutely intense to say the LEAST .... BRUTAL!
I workout the back & abs tomorrow, until then, best.

I trained my back & abs today, a solid workout. The reps were all pretty much on point, although I could of probably done better with the rack pulls exercise. That's it, for now. I will be sure to check in tomorrow, have a nice night everyone!

WEEK #5: COMPLETED! If you haven't been following my stats here, this is currently my second "12-WEEK P/RR/S CYCLE." I trained the delts & traps, triceps, calves today. It was a solid workout, early this morning; I arrived at the gym (around 7:28 AM). The place was packed, as I quickly went and grabbed all my training gear and working around the crowd. I hit the target "REP RANGE" sets while grunting aloud battle cry's, teeth grinding, beads of sweat rolling down my arms, pulsating veins forming everywhere like a road map, as I gasp for more oxygen with each breath from panting so heavily between sets .... well, lets not get too carried away here. Seriously, it was a brutal workout. All of my lifts for this week have been pretty heavy poundage's. So, I guess it's fairly safe to say that all my stats are looking good. You know it's the weekend now, so that means some active rest & recovery !

SUPERSETS/DROPSETS: WEEK #6, P/RR/S (2nd/12-week cycle). Yesterday's workout was good, I trained chest & biceps, forearms, abs. All the lifts were solid, with some fairly heavy weights being thrown around on-the-gym floor, so it wasn't bad at all, I manage to have a good workout. The workout today: quads & hams, glutes, calves. The gym was jam-packed, so I worked with the equipment I could muster up enough patience for (that was available, way too busy!). It was a challenging workout, thankfully, it was definitely as structured as it could be; that is structured effectively (TIME BOXING) the set amount of time for the workout and available devices to achieve a(n) effective means for me doing so with the most optimal results. I do (HIIT) cardio tomorrow, best.

*2nd/cycle: WEEK #7 (POWER). Tuesday, I trained legs today. It was a good workout and I really pushed myself as hard as possible. The chest & biceps, abs workout yesterday, it also was a solid workout. I have been very busy now with the holidays coming around, but I still wanted to make a(n) good entry or two before Thanksgiving, which is this Thursday, as you can see I can't hardly wait!
This is most definitely one of my all time favorite holidays, as I am sure it is probably the same among most of you? It is not just about THOSE tasty treats, however, our voracious cravings are undeniably still there, a release from the daily rituals, oh' how nice indeed .... umm yes, surely I am referring to spending more time with family and friends, to share a wonderful day together, absolutely this is the ultimate experience. ;D
I just would like to wish for everyone here, in the P/RR/S community, a very HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Now go eat up & enjoy, best regards.

The feast was great, I trust everyone here did there own chomping-of-yummy GOODIES ! I hit the gym early this morning, and to my surprise I was the only person in there .... seriously, what happen was it all the deserts or dreadful TURKEY HANGOVERS? LOL It was like being in a "MAD MAX" movie, only but minus all the golden sands, and chaotic and Gibsonesque filled wasteland. I manage to have myself a great delts & traps, triceps, and calves workout, and even out best previous weight records, actually smashing past through some tough ruts. It felt great, now the weekend is near, I will try to rest a little bit and then its back to the office on Monday, have a nice weekend everyone.

*2nd/cycle: WEEK #8 (REP-RANGE). So far this week, everything has gone fantastic with the workouts. I have been increasing all my lifts, and the BW is being maintained for now, I don't want for myself getting too heavy this bulking cycle. However, everything is looking very good. I am pleased, and I am staying on track. I train back & abs tomorrow, as the wickedly cool & fun cool-aid man would say .... OH' YA ! That's right, I went there.

(2nd/cycle) WEEK #9: SUPERSETS & DROPSETS - Monday: Chest & Biceps, Forearms, Abs. I didn't get much sleep the other night, and to make any matters worse, I woke up with a splitting headache. Although, I feel much better now and the symptoms are far less severe. I manage to get a good workout at the gym, before the worst of it a few hours later following the workout. I think it may of just been stress related and/or lack of rest. I train my legs tomorrow, and providing how well and rested I feel; I should be fine .... so, lets GET IT ON BABY!

(2nd/cycle) WEEK #9: SUPERSETS & DROPSETS - Friday (12/10/2010) I trained the delts & traps, triceps, calves. Today it was a good workout this morning, it is getting cold outside, so you know what this means .... snowfall is inevitable. Good news, I had a solid week of training, no-complaints, also I just got certified ISSA personal trainer, so that's really cool. I plan on doing a basic workout plan for other people at the gym, for the most part I will be incorporating P/RR/S cycles, it is that good, so why not. Obviously, I will need to adapt for certain individuals (i.e. samatotype or genetic predispositions,) and other individual considerations such as: physical activity and cardiovascular fitness; threshold of training and target zones for aerobic exercise; forms of aerobic and anaerobic exercise; evaluating cardiovascular fitness; fitness performance tests. Anyways, I am rambling too much, as you can see I am clearly thrilled and I am excited about being able to provide a service for others, so will see what happens. This week training was great, however, it is time now for rest & recovery. Everyone have a nice weekend, and be sure to get your last minute shopping in (online) before the holidays, for fast & timely shipping with all your items out before x-mas, best regards.

Thanks, I have to say it is a great feeling, however, it has made me a very busy person .... lol I mean this in a good way, but of course, so thanks. This week was a heavy training week: 2nd/cycle - WEEK #10 - POWER (4-6 reps). I would say it has been going very well, for the most part, I have been hitting all my target lifts. I trained back & abs this morning, it is getting very cold outside, I had to run-back-inside to get myself a sweatshirt. I walked to the gym today, it was a good few miles hike, and then I got the bus back home, no-walking after a strenuous workout. I noticed this morning, they changed around the gym all the equipment was moved around, it was funny sort of like arriving at a whole different gym .... lol A solid workout, I train delts & triceps, traps, calves tomorrow, best.
